No, unfortunately, I do not think it is a mistake in judgement, I think they are born that way.. Because if a person is born free of ALL prejudice, a free person if you will, why would they choose to being a mean spirit?

That goes against the number ONE natural law..

Of being just nice..

When one can, unfortunately, right now that is impossible due to the rest..
