I cannot imagine not liking onions. They are a core ingredient in so many dishes.

My wife can't stand green peppers, which is unfortunate. It seems numerous recipes call for the things, and I've had to try to learn to cook without them.

Garlic doesn't bother. How is this for being serious about not liking onions. I did a survey of relatives and friends and got about 35% that said they didn't like onions, would prefer not to eat them or onions didn't like them. I sat back and thought if 35% was representative of the population it was a high enough % to cater to them. My thought was maybe an entire line of Pizzas, Spaghetti sauce, picante etc that had no onions. The Brand Name we'd market under was Nunion. I still have the paperwork in a file - I really think there's a market. Even if only 20% of the population dislikes them you have a market of 60 million people....damn I still think its a good idea. I just don't know where to start
