Slag,the fire hazard was just an example.. i guess generally speaking societies in the G8 countries have progressed as a result of people having to live by rules, and not be free to be stupid. Would the totally free of shantytown trade places with the "sheeple"<g> in Florida? Would you return to that GPS spot in shanty town, today,to retire??don't think so.. for they are probably still "free" to place outhouse beside well or river. Where we are today, in wealthy nations, generally speaking, is much better than where we came from, and that is because of restrictions on people being free to take shortcut, take easy way,selfish way...free to be stupid.
