I cant trust a poll on Hannity as its mostly conservatives and I am concerned about the General election.. I think its IMPERATIVE that no matter who wins the Presidency that it NOT be Hillary or Obama. The first is IMHO untrustworthy, the second probably the most liberal of all the candidates. jdn

fox news mentioned he is testing the water and form a committee. It's alittle more serious than a week ago.. judgement then was if McCain falls behind he may enter , now it seems he is not considering MCcains position in the race and more conservatives are encouraging him to run.

i doubt a conservative can win the white house. unless the person is flexable on gay rights and abortion i doubt they will get enough cross over votes after eight years of Bush adm. Rudy appears to be the only person who could pull off a competitive bid for white house imo. However, he may not be able to pull off winning the republican nomination against Thompson...

bottom line conservatives can get someone who represents them 100% and lose or run with someone who represents there may concerns like gun control, security, patriot act etc. I expect by fall we may have our leaders broken out from the race. The earlier the better it will leave the finalist with more money to run.
