You position that nothing is proven unless it is proven in a court of law is quite ridiculous. You don't live by that standard yourself, why do you keep using it as a position to argue from?

They did more than talk. After the meeting with Cheney, Libby went right to work with his own propaganda and lies. Proven fact. It's one thing to counter your opponent, it's a whole nuther thing when you whack your opponent in the knee cap ala Tanya Harding.
