Totally different approaches, but I do follow GZ's posts. And I get nervous if he is taking the opposite position :) My signal this time is very easy to understand though: stockcharts.com That stoch crossed over above a level of 80. That's one of my indicators for going short when we are in the overbought range. Of course it can give false signals as in November 2006. But the rest of my indicators qualitatively support taking it this time.
