I don't know Tommy I am not sure what a claim of a maybe 6% short interest over 18 months means; 4.8 Million over 62 Million eclipsing 18 months is not exactly a substantial sum.

Would you buy based on such a short interest?

Can you prove that the 4.8 million short interest is fictional? I am not so sure that the reports presented to date refute his numbers. Do you have such data? As we have seen by FOIA data, companies with problems are the ones most abused by teh industry. The company creates victims and the markets create more victims. Apparently you are one that thinks the additional victim base is acceptable since the company was already creating some.

I am interested in your own analysis that would refute the numbers provided by Buyins.net since I do not follow the company personally. Oh, and if guilt by association is your forte, take a close look at Goldman Sachs who recently got nailed for allowing clients to naked short. Extrapolate that out and our markets are in real trouble.
