If you're a biz like buyins.net claiming that a company like Fronthaul Group is a short squeeze candidate, is it OK in your disclaimer to state that you are as clean as the wind driven snow but the author, Thomas Ronk and/or his family members or affiliates may be making a killing because you're buying this POS while they very likely are selling?
