I think she is a nice older lady who knows so many things that aren't true as a result of a lifetime of liberal indoctrination. She eats up leftwing propaganda and is the VFC poster most likely to post something from Chomsky. She knows that everything anyone conservative says is wrong though she can't explain why. Probably too old to change her thinking.

Sully.... I have to respond to this post. You have baited me and this post, although not to be, impinges on my integrity. Firstly, I never mentioned your name in my post that you retrieved from another thread. You were anonymous.. I do not mention names as I do not ever want to denigrate,poke fun at nor minimize what someone thinks, believes or posts. So, please tell me where.. specificity as that is what you like...where I denigrated anyone.. Name them and what I said.. and where I used their names.. Way back when the war was started you and I went at it about everything and I just wore out. I am willing to admit when I am wrong but I never never got the impression that you could see the other side of something, walk in someone else's shoes or admit when you were in error.. AND believe me I have been wrong a lot.. I may even believe a lot of what you consider to be the wrong things but when the things that I forecast way back when I objected to this war... took place I did not feel triumphant but I did feel I was right about it being mess. AND I do not believe that because I want us out of there I am against the troops or want us to lose... My mentor is Cnydwllr who expresses far better than I can what it is that is in my gut... about our being in Iraq. You know I hate labeling but one of the most irritating things you did with me was when you posted a picture of what one might assume was your family ... wife, children out camping and I wrote back and said what a nice looking family you had and how much I liked camping... your reply to me was how did I know it was your family.. I guess I "assumed.." AND even incorrectly about that. However, even on that you got on my case... Who liked getting beaten up all the time. I am not a masochist...One has to really do battle who disagrees with you. Maybe this will straighten out why I hesitate to engage you. I would ask you the question. Do you truly think that Bush has never lied ? Do you think mistakes were made. I am willing to admit anything when I believe I have been mistaken. Truly... I do not have that kind of ego that HAS to be right. I hope this straightens a few things out and at least those who post on this thread will know I never used your name... for any post.
