Not that you'll ever hear me defending corporate welfare or government price supports... but that is so small it's practically a rounding error. (Doesn't even climb into the ethanol boondoggle size category....)

Certainly, as far as 'wasted spending' goes --- orders of magnitude smaller then the waste of taxpayer's resources in Iraq. Why, the fraud in Iraq spending that the GAO has identified just so far would pay for about 50 years or so of corporate welfare to 'spinach producers'. NOT that we would want to do that either, but it helps to keep the dollars in perspective.
