War Business is booming - HAL, Northrup, Hawker Siddley all doing very well. Increased govt. spending in that area has generated jobs and some feedback tax revenues. And the Credit and Housing Bubble created some inflationary wealth (flipping and funding using Subprime loans). The US economy is leveraged on debt.. The apparant GDP growth over Chimp's Regime means nothing too, since the US Peso has devalued. If you take into account the currency valuation and real inflation (not the one reported by CNN), wealth/buying power has slipped. Look for the US Peso to further devalue and into the crapper. This is The Chimp Economy.
