Hum. You really don't understand the concept of investing in a "machine" that creates product with economic value?

What would be your cut off point to break even, where you started making money, to make the investment compelling? 5 years? 10 years? 20 years? Or maybe you are so politically hard headed that you would rather buy your electricity from your more economically astute neighbors. Just to make a point.

But when you take a loan for a good thing that will eventually be profitable, that's good, right?
