died with a smile on his face Not just on his face. :) Chloral hydrate shouldn't even be on the market any longer - my guess is it's the drug that killed her. Amazingly it's still a Schedule IV drug, like Lunesta and Ambien. And on a somewhat related topic, here is the latest New Yorker cartoon contest: cartoonbank.com My entry ("And she has a whole different idea of whipping and putting to bed than I do." ) either once again failed to appeal to some dim-witted editor, or perhaps wasn't considered suitable for a family magazine.
