That Wilson statement is irrelevant. What he believed about other possible WMD is besides the point. His Niger mission had to do with uranium and nuclear weapons. He went there serving Cheney and the CIA and found nnothing to back up Bush's claim. His statements on poison gas or whatever, though he may have been wrong, are totally beside the point. Interesting tidbit though.

What is much more relevant is the fact that six months before the invasion the CIA told Bush-cheney Saddam didn't have any WMD and they told the CIA to shut up about it.
