What if you never voted for the winning party... and all that is needed for a clear victory is 40% (or less) of popular vote ? the other 60% are a big minority :O) That's Canadian democracy..

the issue though is that government is kind of like insurance... there is a lot of fine print ....

OR as I've mentioned before..

The great thing about democracy is that everyone votes.. that's also its greatest weakness :O)

The internet is very similar..
