83 is a nice protected level. This is a third time we get down there, though, so it may not hold this time. < 80 is a dollar crisis zone. We are close. They must do something. Got more banks with funds in the Caribbean? London? Help? Or, is lowering margin requirements in the futures pits for specialists TWICE in the past month ALL they can do now? I think these guys may require even lower margins soon if they don't do something -g-
