Yeah, sounds like an i.v. bail, not entirely a bad thing.

Bugg, ages ago, said that the Roche program would go to phase II "soon". Getting stale.

No, I lean to Bugg and new CEO out talking to bankers about using the shelf, and we got run aground on frodo in the interim.

Just looks like the usual.... stock held captive by bankers and major shareholders. Buying interest? No problem, short more, increase the size of the offering.
