about ascii,,,
it is an old school method of transporting data.

and i realy doubt if u will find any source.

i have a suggestion though,,
if u should have the same info available in a xcel format,,,
u could use the xcel "save as" function, and pick the choice, "text, ms-dos".

in essence, u would use the xcel to export the data as "ascii" even though it does not use the buzz word, ascii
