Your question was addressed in the conference call. Rivera said he originally thought it would be easy to distribute the dividend shares but it turned out to be more complicated, some thing to do with the acct. firms. He said it should all be straightened out soon and he expects the shares to be give by Apr.15 th, at least that is what I remember now.
