IF QCOM is that smart then we will have to eat a lot of legal bashing crow from the last couple of months, but it certainly does look like a possible strategy.


In the meantime, they are causing their customers a LOT of sleepless nights. I'd hate to be Samsung, LG, Sprint or Verizon, living with the threat of losing their only chipset supplier for CDMA equipment. I wouldn't appreciate it if I found out it was only a bluff.
