No, I think you're wrong about affording the total destruction of Iran's land, naval and most of their budding nuclear arsenals.

It's called air power: bombers, fighter jets, guided missles from land and/ or sea. This enormous stockpile has not been used in Iraq and never will be. But in Iran it'd work and relieve the world of a lot of grief. To their credit, the Iranians do not hide their weaponry behind the skirts of women , children and civilian demographics.

I liken this to Churchill's cries in the dark, during the mid 30's when Chamberlain, Baldwin and their flock of ostrich ignored the truth of the oncoming, clearly visible, nazi german war machine build-up preceding WW2. Let's hope there's will enough, today, to avert WW4.

What are the Iranians thinking? I hope it's not what they think it will be.
