yes, yes, yes, any agency that does not depend on me for their outlook has to be completely wrong, and especially so if they won't pay me not to cause trouble. we know that. but does it matter? after all, whilst your outlook and my outlook is so much more informed, and it must be as we do not have 100,000 paid spies confusing us ... but we also do not have 10,000 lawyers, politicians and a 5 billion dollar spy plane, satellite/slush fund black budget to spin things our way if things go wrong ... as they usually do.. you know I am not so sure that other folks are as nice as we are supposed to be...
