He mentioned his son threw about 75mph. There is nothing slow about 75mph when you're standing in the box.

On a pitch yesterday, the kid swung and I swear the ball was still 20 ft from home, so the kid just kept the bat out there and was swatting at the ball like a fly swatter. It can be very entertaining, the coaches on the other teams go nuts, they think they could kill that pitch. Sometimes the players on the other start teasing each other after they strike out.Only to strike out themselves. The best was when the Ump said "My God, I mean strike one"
