Bush dropped the ball in Afghanistan. Before the Iraq invasion we had AL Qaida and the Taliban on the ropes, but Bush let them survive, go into hiding and regroup. Also, Bush's debacle in Iraq served to become Al Qaida's greatest-ever recruiting tool, and Al Qaida was able to branch out into Iraq itself. Actually, Bush couldn't have done it all more to Osama's liking. Ever since Tora Bora that is. That was the crucial blunder, and Bushies never answered why they let Osama go there. Why oh why?
