Prior to the US invasion, Saddam killed whoever he wanted and they had no way to fight back. Now we are facing a religious war between the sects Saddam ordered killed and the Sect that did the killing he and his sons didn't have time for. Since in theory this would have happened anyway, I have a theory that there is a tipping point where you have murdered so many people that the population rises up to kill you simply because they are all afraid they are next, and Saddam might have been close to that point. OTOH I notice that most Liberals have no feeling of loss for all the people Muslims are slaughtering, I assume you are one of that sordid mob. As long as Muslims are simply slaughtering anybody they want unfettered, (long as it isn't Americans) American liberals are happy to see nothing, hear nothing and say nothing. Hey that is the same position they took on the Holocaust, and I notice they didn't shed a tear for the hundreds of thousands of vietnamese who died after the US Surrendered. And of course you won't give any notice to the thousands of Kurds and Muslims who will die, when you retreat in fear and disgrace this time. Not to mention the number who will die when Iran launches it's Nuclear weapons at israel and the entire Middle East ends up a Nuclear wasteland.
