Art, perhaps I should have phrased this a little differently. What I am getting at is that regulators should not be trying to level the playing field so that weak companies are given some sort of artificial support. If they are week, then they should fail. The Government has no business in trying to artificially "level the playing field" to try and even things out. Yes we need laws to prevent corruption and the like, but we don't need the government making rules to help the weak at the expense of the strong as long as nothing corrupt is being done.
