did i ever tell you about the time she was first sick . clotting but back then they didn't know what was going on until they did an angioplastie? open up arm and insert cath in artery. local hospitals didn't do that stuff back then. she was in intensive care unit for four days with heart racing before shipping her off to mass gen hospital. so we are young, three small kids, ages one, four and five, i follow her into boston and talk with her and leave. she had a bowl of soup while i was there. shortly after i left she went into arrest, a priest came bye to give her the last rites of the church. she threw him out! ha.. she told him she wasn't ready to leave her babies. ggg a girl who said her rosaries a few times day throws the priest out. a girl who never said a word to anyone in forty years but she wasn't ready to go and leave her babies. g talk about will power or higher power, her heart stopped six more times that night and still had to find out if she was clotting or not the next morning. I think it goes back to some people are ready,, and some others fight and get some more time.
ten years later we were watching tv about people who see the tunnel and the light.. i asked her did you experience that ,,, yes,,, she says.. boy, i never get much out of her. quiet girl. never complains to a fault.
