<<If Bernanke is to sustain any credibility at all he will not lower rates for some time to come. The lower rate save us crowd is probably going to be disappointed.>> It is now a matter of Bernanke confronting himself and saying "Do i have the moral integrity that i suspect my former did not have"
Cripes while Bernanke was testifying today Greenspan was walking around waving and smiling to the the members of congress. He can't adjust he is NOT THE KING anymore , and is blatantly refusing to relinguish his crown.
Bernanke did say in 2002 he did NOT agree with the manner that rates were being slashed.
