another stroke of brilliance...... perhaps, but only possibly. I would not be able to commit to that. I would not be able to agree to that position as sworn testimony although i could also not swear you are incorrect. What I mean to say is that if memory serves me correctly, and I cannot be sure it does, what you said may be similar to what happened, but perhaps not. I usually take notes on any thing I think might be of importance, but that particular occasion seems not to have necessitated my taking down of any of the details so perhaps I thought it unimportant, or perhaps i was not able or perhaps I simply forgot to take any, so i really cannot say definitely what happened that year. That is the ONLY way to ensure they will not trump up charges against you.
