Aladdin,

"Maybe folks should be thinking about moving."

That is already happening, in a way. I live in a small inland Florida town, a quiet little place where the main business is cows and oranges, not tourism. Some of the long time residents here have a place over on the coast for weekends, a favorite is to have a cabin on one of the tiny offshore islands like say Little Gasparilla, and many folks have had these places for a long time.

These folks are dumping these places like hot potatoes; next door neighbor sold his and built a weekend cabin on a lake thirty miles further inland from here. I know of several cases like this. Of course the market has been hot and a good time to sell, but rising sea levels are something that is talked about here, quietly though. Not that there is any visible evidence of it yet, but many believe it could come.
