Well, first of all let's get our jurisdictions right. Any laws Webb broke (and I don't think HE broke any laws), would not be violations of federal law, but local law. So the DC judicial system gets to put somebody "under oath" if charges lead to a trial. Webb has a permit to carry in Virginia. The Aide was carrying in DC....isn't that the crux of the matter? Or are you looking for a conspiracy wherein Webb has planning to use the gun and two extra clips to somehow commit a federal crime? Of course, giving the gun to the Aide kind of blew that.....But maybe we can implicate Pelosi in a conspiracy that just didn't work out... Wow...if we work on this we can build up a potential Vince Foster kind of thing. Too bad the firearm wasn't discharged!
