It's probably some rightwing minion going around placing outrageous statements on blogs and attributing them to the 'left'. Then they point to it and say...see! This resembles the way the rightwing plays with the duncehead media. They give stories to the media which publishes them. The rightwingers then point to the stories as proof of their position.
