It's common in Asian cooking so I would look for it in a specialty store.

I get mine at the grocery store. It's with the other Asian veggies at my store. Many Thai dishes require it as an ingredient.

You can grow it yourself. It very easy plant to grow, either on the ground or in a pot. Lemon grass grows fast, and spread in lumps.

I am glad that my original post brings interest, as anyone with cancer will try almost any medication to fight that awful disease. Of course there are others who would testify of certain "cure", however, this lemon grass is being research at a leading university in Israel.
