Israel would have been better off making no concessions whatsoever. It gambled for peace, and lost. I would say the Jewish people would be better off living where people like them and will treat them as equals, rather than surrounded by people that hate and want to kill them. Alternatively, the Israelis can kill 300 million Arab neighbors and then thanks very much for their contribution to the Middle East. The Israelis should do things which make their neighbors want them to be there. If they can't do that, they should leave, or kill their neighbors.
