The use of a fire arm in the commission of a criminal act should get you a life sentence.....first offense. No parole. No discretion. It would go a long way to ending most of the gun related problems we have in this country.

nothing is hard to understand about that post, but your prior answer was more about rudy and less about what you thought.

as far as intent being a key element, that can be a slippery slope with the current justice system.
