From what have you gotten the idea Nokia would lose its option?

Just to be clear, I dont have that idea. Qualcomm stated to an analyst from Lehman that they believe that if Nokia stops paying royalties that their option could be compromised.

Just an observation, but I would have put a lot more faith in Q's position before all of the recent legal setbacks. I am willing to bet that no such provision is made in the license agreement itself and this will just end up as one of many legal battles.
