not having arthritis, i honestly don't know.....as i said in a previous post, i think taking the oil AND the ground flax is good bet

when i had arthro on my knee several years ago, the surgeon told me that he takes

he's a young guy and a runner, no arthritis and he takes it daily

there are tons of glucosamine products out there, but i felt when this is the product the ortho surgeon takes, you have to believe it's pretty effective

btw, i think costco stocks it now

I bought a bag of ground flax seed several months ago. I put some in my food the first day and meant to use it regularly but forgot about it until I saw your post. I looked inside the bag and realized that I have no way of knowing what a bag of rotten or otherwise tainted flax seed would look like. If I don't see thing growing on top, is it ok to eat it or not?
