"So everytime a different party runs Congress they will impeached the President, yeah that's what the Fathers had in mind."

Really, you give baboons a bad name.

First and foremost, the Founding Fathers were opposed to political parties. If you had half a brain, you'd know that. So in their scheme, what you are describing couldn't happen, the basis wouldn't exist.

Two, they set up that the House would impeach and the Senate would do the trial for a reason. The Senate was supposed to be insulated from swings in opinion. So would be more likely to do what is right for the country instead of for petty reasons.

Admittedly, they were naive.

My Constitution has lasted for over 200 years. So I don't know what you are talking about.

Your constitution wouldn't have lasted a year

The Constitution makes very clear that partisanship is not acceptable grounds for impeachment. However, in the case of GW Bush, the only people who do not believe he is incompetent are the 30% like yourself who still support him. And frankly, I think you are so partisan, Bush could burn down the White House and turn the US into an authoritarian state and you would still vote for him. In other words, at the present time, you, Harris and the rest of you are bordering on treason.
