"Clinton committed a high crime, PERJURY."

Nonsense. A high crime is more along the lines of treason. Perjury, while considered a serious crime, doesn't even rise to the level of a felony.

"The other time 150 YEARS AGO, the repubs were northern liberal elitists"

Nonsense again. While true of some, the Republican Party of that day had strong roots in what became the populist movement. Which was hardly a bastion of liberal elitists.

Just making stuff up as you go along, huh?

Actually, he didn't. Not only did the judge rule that part of the deposition was immaterial to the case at hand, in which case perjury doesn't apply, the Senate acquitted him of all charges. So the judge didn't consider it perjury and the Senate didn't find him guilty.

So there is no legal basis for claiming he committed perjury.

Interesting what happens when you actually review the facts instead of listening to the spin...
