Do they believe in Christ, as Lord and saviour. Yes. I believe that makes them Christians. I am not a good enough Christian, as you seem to think you are, to judge others. I know my life is not in order yet, so I pretty much don't bother to judge others on topics like this. However, you seem more than comfortable doing things like that. If I were a counselor, which I'm not, I'd advise you to look at yourself before continuing along the path you have chosen, but I am certain that would fall on deaf ears.
