Selling networks, organizing frequencies, modulations and inter- and cross-communications, has never been easy.

Just watch how the USA congress and FCC desperately tries to get something working, which might work, or not, like 9/11 and regular 911, for the USA country and counties and silly two-party voting districts

Why do they all use sometimes different and often the same frequencies, modulations, having fun jamming each other, and they never know how and who can talk to what, and the ohter way around..

c-span.org

Funny stuff, deadly commissions, CSPAN does not put them FCC stuff in their database.

Anyway, just jesterday they went really funny about changing to a digital box for all the analog air-watching terrestrial voters, or possible citizens..
(some major problem, if the semilegal citizen spole only spanish)

The budget seems to be included in the present emergency budget, why do people winging 911 hang up, believing wong number, sombody cutting off the CDMA call, although it was just some silly system trying to send some silly GPS coordinates.

The major governing silliest clowns, they actually have their own home and website, for the sexiest content:

Another 200 billions (not trillions) could have sorted out the US and NYC emergency calls..

It is called GSM and TETRA, cheap stuff.. factory and personal bonus guarantee,..

Another corrupted 200 billions (not trillions) could have sorted out the US, Katrina and NYC emergency, well corrupted calls..

It is called GSM and TETRA, cheap stuff.. factory discount and personal bonus, campaign contributions guaranteed, in every silly voting district, even in chigago/the/gaga and dada.

At least much more discount, personal campaign finance, sometimes Value Added campaigns, than that all the funny stuff that does not work.

PS At one point I was told,I was forced to watch and experience it, why the ITT wired network in Surinam never managed to connect but two calls, every tenth, maybe it was every fifteenth or twentyhundred, year, maybe decade, according to the blessed contract..(that was not Siemens)

But on the other hand, ITT and United Fruit days is not anymore, except in the hotel and motel, strip and tease, business.

youtube.com

Luckily, those swinging ITT days are almost not anymore..

PPS it takes some skills to know when to jump into the game, but the US 911 game is not yet something to jump into.

"Finish" is often spelled "Finnish", except when that secretary named Splellings try to spell it.
