Selling networks, organizing frequencies, modulations and inter- and cross-communications, has never been easy. Just watch how the USA congress and FCC desperately tries to get something working, which might work, or not, like 9/11 and regular 911, for the USA country and counties and silly two-party voting districts Why do they all use sometimes different and often the same frequencies, modulations, having fun jamming each other, and they never know how and who can talk to what, and the ohter way around.. c-span.org Funny stuff, deadly commissions, CSPAN does not put them FCC stuff in their database. Another 200 billions (not trillions) could have sorted out the US and NYC emergency calls.. It is called GSM and TETRA, cheap stuff.. factory and personal bonus guarantee,..
