What do you expect to get with a timeline? You get an excuse to get out. There is no longer a goal in Iraq. Even Bush Jr. has given up on it becoming a democracy and doesn't even bother to come up with another mission for the troops. Without a goal they can't know when they won. With a timeline they can say "On this day we won, whooopee!, lets go home". TP
