Jesus believed in very liberal ideals. So liberal in fact that if Jesus were here today the rightwing would demonize him like the greedy merchants in the Jewish temples did. Christ was for redistribution of wealth to all the poor and needy. That is just the opposite of the me-first greed-is-good materialistic selfish Bushie rightwing and their "prosperity" churches which pervert the Bible and take the Lord's name in vain. You can sing all the hymns you want and raise your hands in the air and feel as much rapture as you can, but you're not a true christian unless you adhere to Christ's main teachings. I know many christians who dod. None of them are sympathetic to the religious right or Bush-Cheney. In fact they are appalled by the Bushies and their selfish greed creed.
