When I was younger (22) I didn't respect wisdom. I was afforded a chance to make fairly big money for the time and a guy my age. Wisdom meant nothing to me because I believed books were what made a person smart. Then I grew up and looked back at how arrogant and stupid I was. Now it seems like each day I know less of what I thought I knew before. Life has gone from black & white to shades of gray. I don't think I got it until I was about 38. I was humbled in some big ways and I really wasn't sh!t as a man until I reach that age. I thought being a man meant making money for the family. Now I realize that being a good man requires a gentle touch as well as loved and respect for those around you. I went from knowing it all to now feeling like I know less each day
