Well, I didn't do that because, quite frankly, it's ugly. As it stands at them moment there is a big blank area where the banner ad would appear. We're going to have to do something about that before publishing.

Someone across the pond suggested that we put a static "upgrade" ad there. That was shot down before the bits were dry.
