1. Q will never never get an injunction against NOK. They can howl at the moon but it ain't gonna happen.

2. Q maybe eventually in years to come win something regarding its core W-cdma ipr...maybe but it won't be an outright win. I just don't beleive Qs legal team will get that. Sure they will spend hundreds of $m all over the world but as for winning outright.....no way. I think we've seen the way things are.

3. As regards NOKs IPR my guess is that NOK will get Q on the ropes and Q will be defending injunctions and the rest from NOK for the use of NOKs patents and I wouldn't be surprised if we discover that NOK has got some cdma patents you know just like irksome little power saving patents.
