NO ONE is above the law. If the president orders illegal wiretaps without getting the required judicial approval has he not broken the law?

Of course ...if the wiretaps are illegal and he knows it....the law has been broken.

Now....if a President misleads a federal court and perjures himself in front of a grand jury.....has he not broken the law?

NO ONE is above the law, right?

Yes it is far better that after an attack of Monumental proportions the president spend his time carefully consulting lawyers about what he can legally do, instead of trying every way he can think of to find the killers and their allies.

At this point the Democrats are resoundingly in the side of the Terrorists, maybe Nancy will get treated like a Muslim Woman while she is away, teach her the reality about what she preaches of as better than the American way.
