It is your side who is trying to portray things in black and white.

And when that black and white fantasy worldview is challenged you ignore any valid points.

Who is it that is attempting to portray the antiwar movement in a black and white manner?????

YOU.

Separation of powers does functionally play out in our current landscape as different political parties controlling different branches of government.

The founding fathers didn't want extreme concentration of power all in one place. Power is divided between the president, the house of reps, the senate and the judiciary.

We have seen in the last 6 years that when the presidency, senate and house are all controlled by one party it results in corruption and excess.

Thank God now the pendulum is swinging strongly back the other way.
