jt - not depressed at all. Seems to me that Q is doing very well and will do so for the next few years, WiMax or no WiMax, despite no China 3G, despite NOKs actions.

All I have said is that NOK is never never going to pay Q another penny after the current amounts due and accrued.

That Q will never never never get an injunction against NOK.

That whatever legal proceedings regarding NOK ever end up in a court decision that decision will not end up in an outright win for Q.

That NOK will press home their attacks on Q using NOK IPR and that who knows there might be one of the pesky power saving type patent sitting around in NOKs portfolio.

Sorry but if Q's brilliant legal team managed to get the result they did against BRCM just wait till they have to face a giant like NOK......you wanna bet on Q's lawyers against NOK?
