"A more level playing field is apparently against the First Amendment." You've got that right! That money = speech thing will keep elections from EVER being a level playing field, and keep our politicians in the pockets of the special interests. Maybe we need a Constitutional Amendment that money DOES NOT = speech? I don't see any other way around it, unless we get a reversal by the Supremes. It's just seems wrong, that a citizen with money has more speech power than a citizen without money.
